Your timeline, documents, and planning tasks all live in our shared platform.We'll always keep you in the loop for the decisions that matter. The rest, we handle.We ask that clients review materials and provide feedback in a timely way to keep things moving. Good planning requires momentum on both sides.Key decisions -- venue selection, vendor bookings, design approvals -- should be made within agreed timelines to avoid delays or lost availability.

Every vendor recommendation is based on experience, reputation, and fit for your specific event.You always have the final say.Vendors who haven't worked with RVE before may require additional coordination to ensure alignment with the plan. We handle that communication.

We execute the agreed timeline and production schedule.Changes close to the wedding date may impact logistics and could require additional coordination fees.Our job is to be the person who handles it when something goes sideways. That's exactly what you're hiring us for.

A signed agreement and retainer are required to hold your date. Your date is not reserved until both are received.Payment schedules are outlined in your contract.Retainers and payments are non-refundable, as we reserve your date exclusively and turn away other inquiries once you've booked.

All design concepts, timelines, planning documents, and production plans created by RVE are proprietary materials.These materials are for the planning and execution of your event only.

Travel fees apply for weddings outside our primary service area (1+ hours).Lodging may be required for destination weddings or multi-day weekend events.We love destination weddings and are actively expanding our travel availability. Ask us where we've been.

RVE may share professional photos of completed events for portfolio, website, and social media use.We will always credit the photographer and vendor team whenever possible.If you have specific preferences around privacy or media sharing, let us know before signing your contract.
